Deep Level Caving

Look out for some exciting caving activities we are arranging this month. These trips are genuine caving activities that require crawling and simple clambering through old workings to see the mine workings as the miners left them.

People must be able bodied and able to support their body weight on their arms.

The trips generally go down to around 200ft underground, offering a physical challenge and insight into how the mine operated.
